UV Sales Manager (Senior Manager)
<Job Description>
- Fully accountable for the achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual orders and sales targets and ensuring that each sales person has an established set of commercial targets as well as other annual performance objectives
- Provide accurate and frequent reporting on orders performance for the relevant region including weekly and monthly forecasting
- Management of current partners in the respective region to achieve order intake targets, improve partner capability and appoint new channel where appropriate.
- Develop a common sales culture which is customer focused and drives an accountable and competitive ethos into the sales teams, supported by ethical and compliant practices.
<Job requirements>
- Fluent in written & verbal Korean and English
- More than 10 years Sales or Business development experience in Consumer Electronic industry or related industries
(Lighting, LED and UV industry experience preferred)
- Degree Electrical Engineering or Business commerce (or business administration) preferred
- Sales leadership with a proven track record
- Experience in UV Sales will a huge advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Well aware of the Electronics distribution market
- Knowledge of the Electronic market (Small home appliance), very basic principles of the technology
