‘모스크바 한국인 30년사’ 발간
모스크바 한인회가 한국인 동포 이주 30주년을 맞아 '모스크바 한국인 30년사'를 발간했다.
모스크바 한인회(회장 박형택)는 2019년 말께 편찬위원회를 구성했으며 자료 수집과 집필 작업을 마무리하고 4월 14일 주러 한국문화원 2층 대강당에서 출판기념회를 개최했다.
이날 기념회에는 코로나19 상황이 엄중한 가운데에서도 박호 주러 대한민국 총영사를 비롯해 한인사회 원로 및 각계각층의 인사가 참석해 책자 발간을 축하했다.
한인회에 따르면 모스크바 한국인 30년사 집필은 한러 수교 30주년 및 한러 수교 30주년을 맞아 민간 차원에서 시도한 동포사 발간 사업으로 고려인 및 사할린 동포(소련 토착 한인)를 중심으로 한 재외 한인사는 러시아 및 고려인 학자, 한국의 러시아 전공자 등에 의해 꾸준하게 집필돼 온 반면 한국인 국적자의 경우 제대로 조명된 적이 없었다. 이러한 면에서
단행본 발간은 사료와 고증을 통해 모스크바에 이주한 한국인의 30년 역사를 정리하고 원로 인터뷰, 사진 자료 등을 제시한 객관성을 획득한 최초의 자료집으로 큰 의미가 있다.
총 384페이지 분량인 ‘모스크바 한국인 30년사’는 재외 한인 이민 30년의 역사, 한인 조직과 주요 기관 설명, 러시아 한인 이주사 소개 및 개관, 연표, 부록(사진 및 수기) 등으로 구성됐으며 발간사와 축사를 시작으로 1부 모스크바 한인 사회의 형성과정, 2부 한인 단체의 설립과 발전, 3부 모스크바 한인 사회 모습 등 순서로 구성됐다.
박호 총영사는 “모스크바 한국인 30년사는 큰 역작”이라면서 “러시아의 개혁개방과 한러수교가 이뤄진 30년간 모스크바 한인들은 러시아 사회 내 모범적인 공동체로 자리 잡았으며 앞으로 발간될 40년, 50년사를 기대한다”고 축사했다.
박형택 회장은 발간사에서 “지난 30년을 정리하면서 알게 된 한국인들의 모스크바에서의 삶은 언제나 갈등과 도전의 연속이었다”면서 “코로나 사태로 편찬에 어려움을 겪었지만 소중한 자료를 제공해 준 여러 기관 및 단체에 감사드리며 모스크바 한인 여러분의 격려와 응원 덕분에 책을 발간할 수 있었다”고 전했다.
